As you look over your guest list you notice that a handful of your guests have older children that are still living at home. Would it be okay to send one invitation to the family? Per etiquette, anyone 18 and older needs to get an invitation. Therefore a separate invitation needs to be sent to the older child. This policy also stands true for adult children that are away at college. Be sure to mail the college student their own invitation separate from their parents.
